Jay does not do custom orders and hand builds each one artistically with passion. All builds sell within hours so be sure to let us know you want to know when one comes available. Going on 11 years of building currently on his 33rd solo build!

Most builds are designed and sold as a PROJECT for the new owner to finish out how they wish to become a guest house, tiny home, boutique, salon, studio, cave or other. This saves the buyer the most by completing the project themselves and how they wish with the hard work already done.
